2010 Newport Winter Festival -- Newport February 12, 2010 to February 21, 2010
With
more than 150 individual events, this Festival has become New England's
largest winter extravaganza. The Winter Festival offers a winter
entertainment combining food, music, and entertainment, with fun for
all ages. Sand sculptures, a Chili Cook-Off, city-wide Scavenger Hunt,
Family Magic show, and an Ice Sculpting Competition, and a Children's
Fair are just some of the many colorful and exciting events. The Winter
Festival features an exciting concert series with a diverse selection
of musical performances by BeatleMania, Rat Pack Tribute Band and Tish

Waltz RI invites you to a Sunday afternoon of dancing to beautiful live
music. In addition to the waltzes, the program includes a basic waltz
lesson, advanced dance lesson, waltz mixers and occasional other couple
dances. Folks change partners frequently & no partner is necessary
and no experience needed. Basic waltz lesson along with an advanced
dance lesson is all inclusive. Dress is casual; this is not a formal
affair, but a fun afternoon of dancing.
